The Healing Racism Academy unites business and community leaders, non-profit executives and community stakeholders to brainstorm solutions to America's race problem. From its solution-centered programs to transformational trainings, the Healing Racism Academy helps heal the effects of racism and other forms of discrimination.

HRA conducts trainings for corporations, non-profits and academic institutions on best practices to cultivate racism/hate free zones. From the academy's Master Class for allies called, "The Color You See," to the, "Healing Racism National Dialogue Series," the Healing Racism Academy is dedicated to working with collaborators, consumers and corporations to brainstorm viable solutions.

The Healing Racism Academy offers 7 unique programs including 2 foundational classes, an array of corporate, academic and non-profit workshops, national think tanks and conferences to explore solutions to racism. The programs and events of the Healing Racism Academy teach participants effective tools to cultivate racism/hate free zones.

On Sunday, August 13th at 9:30am PST, the Healing Racism Academy (HRA), a program of the I-Teach Love Institute, convened large and small business owners, non-profit and community leaders, supporters and allies for the "Fighting Smart: Healing Racism in America," inaugural summit. It also launched its Digital Educational Platform (DEP) and published the Blueprint for Healing Racism, the Healing Racism Manifesto and the 10 Pillars of Racism. The inaugural three-hour summit was held virtually via Zoom Video Conference. Speakers represented the Talented 10th of the African American community. Each speaker gave a presentation on one of the 10 pillars of the system of racism that permeates American culture.

1. To pay for digital technology and web-based educational platforms.
2. To pay consultants and contractors who provide services under the 10 Pillars.
3. To pay for the services of vendors who support our programs.
4. To pay for venue space, equipment and materials needed for events.
5. To cover program expenses for the Healing Racism Academy.
