THE BLUEPRINT FOR HEALING RACISM AND HEALING RACISM ACADEMY
The Healing Racism Academy in collaboration with Institute for Transformative Education and Collective Healing and The Ennaid Foundation publishes the Blueprint for Healing Racism and Healing Racism Manifesto.
"After 40 year of transformative work, I am excited to share some of the wisdom, lessons and best practices I've learned to help facilitate healing. The Healing Racism Academy is also poised to support corporations, non-profits and communities in cultivating safe and inclusive spaces. I am launching a speaker catalogue of people who've been on the frontlines of this work for many years as well as graduates of our training program." Says Asanti, author.
D Pepper Massey, board member shares, "It's not just fighting racism, it's battling the institutional systems that keep racism thriving. Activists have to make sure we aren't using outdated tools to combat discrimination. Courageous Conversations is an exchange of love, ideas and tools to help both activists and the community-at-large heal and cope."
The mission of the Healing Racism Academy is to:
-Share wisdom, tools and best practices to promote inclusivity in business, non-profit sector, academia and the community at large.
-Create opportunities for investment in projects that counter the effects of racism by promoting tolerance and healing.
-Provide resources, education and information to victims and survivors of racism and support to families, allies and the communities who support them.
