HEALING RACISM ACADEMY
EDUCATION. TRAINING. HEALING. UNDERSTANDING.
ABOUT THE HEALING RACISM ACADEMY
In an effort to counter the effects of systemic racism, WOCTribal.org and I-Teach Love Institute have collaborated to create a Healing Racism Academy to educate business, community and religious leaders, help heal survivors of racism and positively shift the racial climate in America and abroad.
The Healing Racism Academy launches Spring 2021. Its programs will feature Master Classes taught by mega voices and unsung heroes in the movement to heal systemic racism.
"Meisha and I have invited incredible leaders from the frontlines of the movement for racial equality. Our speakers represent America, South Africa, West Africa and the U.K. All have done significant work to address issues related to social justice, health disparities, eco-sustainability, economic empowerment, gender expression, diversity and inclusion. They are truly the best of the best." Says Asanti.
Initial list of invited speakers include Oloye Ifa Karade, Cleo Manago, Paul Scott, Olusegun Daramola, Carrie Broadus, Jeffrey King, Cabrini Schnyder, Tebogo Donald, Nana Kweku Adu, Ms. Phyll Opoku, Marquita Thomas, Ny Kaz, Alexis McSween, Tammy Peay, Bonnie Harrison, Lou Florez, Ny Kaz, Oriade Harbor, Makisha Boothe, Michael Nobleeza, Dr. Preston Vargas, Samia Abou Samra, Najee Ali, Tammy Peay, Iya Osundara Eyeoyemi, Thomasina Jackson, Brother Jeff Fard, Dixon White and others TBA.
